Katherine Murray wrote her first book about Microsoft Word back in the dark ages when it was only available in a DOS version (remember that?). Over the years, Word has been her favorite program, and she’s seen it grow from a mind-blowing word processing program (that actually shows line breaks on the screen!) to a full-featured, complex (and overweight, some might say) program that does everything you could ever want a word processor to do, including sewing a button on your shirt.
