ActiveX control

An object that supports a customizable, programmatic interface. Examples include text boxes, command buttons, audio players, video players, and stock tickers.

Address Book

A convenient place to store contact information for easy retrieval by programs such as Microsoft Outlook Express. It also features access to Internet directory services, with which users can look up people and businesses on the Internet.

administrative privileges

The highest level of permissions that can be granted to a user account. An administrator can set permissions for other users and create groups and accounts within a domain. Administrative privileges are required to install certain programs.
