Using the Recovery Console

The Recovery Console feature is not for the uninitiated! You need to have a very good understanding of how Windows XP works before using this feature. Additionally, in order to use Recovery Console, you need to either boot from the Windows XP installation CD or you can install the Recovery Console onto your workstation so that it shows up in the list of operating system choices presented by the BOOT.INI menu.
