After the Application or Component Installation

Just as you had to create an ERD and perform a backup before you added a new component or application to your system, it is also a good idea to do the same thing as a post-installation procedure. Your ERD should always be kept up to date whenever you make any changes on your system. A backup can come in handy if you have installed an application or component correctly and later encounter errors in configuring the application or component. Rather than restoring from the backup you created before the installation, use the post-installation backup, and then start your configuration steps again.
