Using High Contrast for Easier Viewing

High Contrast is an accessibility feature that makes it easier to see the contents of the Windows XP desktop for those who are visually impaired. You can choose from among a wide variety of color schemes, from simple, high-contrast, black-and-white screens to many different color schemes. To enable the High Contrast feature, click on the Display tab in the Accessibility Options property sheet shown in Figure 5.3. Two different methods enable High Contrast, as shown in Figure 5.7. You can also permanently enable this feature by selecting the High Contrast check box and then clicking Settings to further define the preferred color scheme.
