12.7. Summary
In this version of Windows Terminal Server, Microsoft has added a number of features that add the Windows Vista user experience to remote clients. A new kind of application called a RemoteApp puts a remotely run application into a window on the remote desktop that runs inside the remote user's standard desktop. That feature alone will lower the amount of training that administrators will have to give their users.
Remote access to the Terminal Server's applications has been greatly enhanced. A technology called Windows Terminal Server Web Access allows an application to be launched from a web page icon.
