In the last decade, e-mail has gone from being a curiosity to its present status as an indispensable business tool. These days, employees need e-mail and perhaps other functions as well, such as newsgroup access, intracompany e-mail, and fax services. This chapter discusses Microsoft Outlook 2002 and Microsoft Outlook Express 6 from a network administrator’s perspective and covers the built-in fax services of Microsoft Windows Server 2003.
