Office Update

In addition to updating the operating system, Windows computers running the Microsoft Office suite might have to apply updates to their software. The Microsoft Office Update Web site provides updates for the following versions:

• Microsoft Office 2000

• Microsoft Office XP

• Microsoft Office 2003

The Office Update Web site will search for relevant security updates, service packs, and other critical Office updates that are not related to security issues. A local administrator can update Microsoft Office files by connecting to the Web site and applying any updates recommended by the Web site.
