Automatic Updates

On computers running Windows Server 2003, Windows 2000 Service Pack 3 or later, or Windows XP Service Pack 1 or later you can take advantage of Automatic Updates to apply security updates. In Windows XP with Service Pack 1 or later and Windows Server 2003, Automatic Updates is configured in the property pages of System Control Panel. On Windows 2000–based computers, the application of Service Pack 3 adds Automatic Updates to Control Panel as shown in Figure 27-2.
