When you discover problems with Group Policy processing, you can use a number of techniques to track down the problem. You should first check the most obvious points of possible failure, which primarily have to do with the general configuration of Group Policy and the configuration of systems that are processing policy. If you are unable to locate the problem in the policy or system configuration, you can dig deeper by checking the Resultant Set of Policy (RSoP) from both a client and server perspective.
