The Files And Settings Transfer Wizard (fastwiz.exe) is on the Windows XP Professional product CD. After inserting the CD in the drive, click Perform Additional Tasks, Transfer Files And Settings. This runs Fastwiz.exe. You can also start the Files And Settings Transfer Wizard from the Windows XP Professional Start Menu.
