Appendix . System Requirements
To use the Microsoft Windows 2000 Scripting Guide companion CD, you need a computer equipped with the following minimum configuration:
Pentium-compatible 133-MHz or higher processor
Microsoft Windows 2000 Server operating system (the latest service pack is recommended)
128 MB of RAM (256 MB is recommended)
2-GB hard disk with a minimum of 1-GB free space (additional free hard disk space is required if you are installing over a network)
CD-ROM drive
Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.5 or later
Mouse or compatible pointing device
Actual requirements will vary based on your system configuration and the elements on the CD that you choose to install.
