Accessing the Extract Interface Refactor

To access the Extract Interface refactor operation, you first must position your cursor on a class, a struct, or another interface definition that contains the members you want to extract into a new interface. You then can use the Quick Actions menu (Ctrl+.) to execute an Extract Interface refactor.
