The User Interface Editor

The User Interface Editor enables you to customize the appearance of the Install Wizard that is used by the Windows Installer. You can think of the Installer Wizard as a series of dialog boxes that are meant to either collect information from the user (such as an install path or installation options) or relay information to the user (such as a progress indicator for keeping track of the install process). The Windows installer provides a basic set of these screens that are grouped into the three phases of an install.
