It is common for TFVC users to create workspaces to temporarily download files or simply forget to delete unused shelvesets. As a Team Foundation Server Administrator, you will benefit from reducing this clutter. The tf.exe
command-line utility has commands for administrating workspaces and shelvesets. In this recipe, you'll learn how to use the tf.exe

Getting ready
To modify or delete an existing workspace or shelveset, you must have the global administer workspaces permission set to Allow.
