Steven D. Kaczmarek, MCP, MCT, MCSE, is a content publishing manager in the Management Solutions Division – User Assistance (MSD UA) at Microsoft in Redmond, Washington. He and his team are responsible for generating customer-ready documentation for System Center Configuration Manager 2007 and its related products and Microsoft Application Virtualization based in Cambridge, Massachusetts. Prior to this role, Steve was a senior technical writer on the same team and the project lead for Systems Management Server (SMS) 2003 core documentation.
