Standard Activities

To design runbooks effectively using Orchestrator 2012, it is essential to understand the activities that are used to make up a runbook. Each installation of Orchestrator 2012 includes a set of standard activities. The standard activities are organized into categories within the Runbook Designer to assist in locating the appropriate activity for a given task. The following are the categories for the standard activities that ship with Orchestrator 2012, along with a description of the types of tasks that can be performed within each category:
