Enabling GNU Privacy Guard for the Runbook Designer

GNU Privacy Guard (GnuPG) is an open source program based on the OpenPGP standard defined by RFC4880, and allows encryption and decryption of data. Within Runbook Designer, GnuPG is used by the PGP Encrypt File and PGP Decrypt File standard activities to encrypt and decrypt files. The GnuPG executable and associated DLL file must be downloaded to each system where Runbook Designer is installed in order to enable these activities.
