Orchestrator Components
The following are the components that are included in all basic deployments of System Center Orchestrator:
• Runbook Designer—The tool used to build, edit, and manage Orchestrator runbooks.
• Orchestration database—A Microsoft SQL Server database that contains all of the deployed runbooks, log files, and configuration data for Orchestrator.
• Management server—The system that acts as a communication layer between the Runbook Designer and the orchestration database.
• Runbook server—The system where an instance of a runbook is run. For larger deployments, it is possible to deploy multiple runbook servers to increase capacity and redundancy.
• Runbook tester—A runtime tool used to test runbooks developed in the Runbook Designer. ...
