Runbook Permissions
By default, only the members of the Orchestrator Users group have access to the runbooks that are created using Runbook Designer. To grant additional users the ability to manage runbook operations, including the ability to run, start, stop, change, or view runbooks, it is necessary to grant permissions at either the folder or runbook level within Runbook Designer.
To grant permissions to runbooks using Runbook Designer, complete the following steps:
1. Log on to a system where Runbook Designer is installed using an account that is a member of the Orchestrator Users group.
2. Open Runbook Designer by clicking on Start, All Programs, Microsoft System Center 2012, Orchestrator, Runbook Designer.
