Exploring Change Management Reports
Only three change management reports are included with the Change Management Report Library. The reports basically allow analysts to get lists and details of change requests.
The change management reports are as follows:
• List of Change Requests report—This report shows a list of requests for change (RFC) records in tabular form. Each request includes a link to the RFC Details report.
• Change Management KPI Trend report—This report shows the average process time per change, which is a key performance indicator (KPI).
• Change Request Details report—This report shows the details of a single RFC.
To generate a List of Change Requests report, complete the following steps:
