Completing and Failing Manual Activities

Manual activities (MAs) are activities in the change management workflow that trigger something to be done, that is, something to be changed or done to support the change. This is the work part of a change request. Manual activities can be assigned to individuals or open to anyone with the appropriate rights. Manual activities are designated with the prefix MA by default.

Each manual activity can have an assigned Activity Implementer. The manual activities can also have a priority, scheduled start and end dates, and area and stage for the manual activity.
