Configuring Change Settings

Before working with change requests and activities, a number of settings need to be configured. These settings are as follows:

• Change Request Prefix

• File Attachment Limits

• Activity Prefixes

In most cases, the default prefixes are appropriate for the organization. The file attachment settings will vary from organization to organization.
