Service Offerings and Request Offerings in SM 2012

In Service Manager 2012, service offerings define the high-level services that the IT organization will deliver to its users. Examples of service offerings may include access services, desktop services, or cloud services. Because each organization has different requirements, service offerings are fully customizable and can be modified to address individual business needs.
