Working with Change, Activity, and Configuration Management Reports

Reports help analysts, administrators, and management view and understand what is happening with change requests, activities, and configuration items. This is useful in tracking the ebb and flow of changes, as well as understanding how well the IT department is handling the workload.

The default reports are included in the Report Library Management Packs, specifically:

• Change Management Report Library

• Activity Management Report Library

• Configuration Management Report Library
