Exploring Problem Reports

Three problem reports are included with the Problem Management Report Library. The reports basically allow analysts to get lists and details of problems.

The problem management reports are as follows:

List of Problems—This report shows a list of problems in tabular form. Each problem includes a link to the Problem Details report.

Configuration Items (CIs) with Most Incidents—This report shows a list of the CI with the most incidents associated with them. This is useful for tracking down problem hardware or users.

Problem Details—This report shows the details of a single problem.

To generate the List of Problems report, complete the following steps:

1. Launch the Service Manager console.
