Creating Incidents Using the Self-Service Portal

In Service Manager 2012, administrators can configure the Self-Service Web Portal to allow users to create and submit incidents using only a web browser. Although Service Manager 2010 also included a self-service web portal component, the Service Manager web portal functionality has changed significantly in Service Manager 2012, so this chapter will provide an overview of the updated Self-Service Web Portal.
