Orchestrator Connector Deployment
The Orchestrator connector allows predefined procedures known as runbooks to be imported into the CMDB. This allows the Orchestrator runbooks to be incorporated into service offerings within Service Manager, which greatly enhances the automation capabilities of Service Manager. The tasks needed to create an Orchestrator connector are as follows:
• Create the Orchestrator connector to allow runbook data to be imported into the CMDB.
• Synchronize the Orchestrator connector to reflect changes made in Orchestrator.
To create the Orchestrator connector, execute the following steps:
1. Launch the Service Manager console.
2. Select the Administration space.
3. Select the Connectors node.
