Production Phase

With successful Proof of Concept and Pilot phases, the Production phase should be well understood and offer few surprises. The main purpose of the Production phase is to integrate the system into all aspects of service management, which at this stage in the project should have relatively low risk. Any major issues or concerns will have been uncovered in the Proof of Concept and Pilot phases.

The major tasks for the Production phase include the following:

• Deploy users

• Conduct cross-training

• Tune workflows
