Design Principles Training Phase (Overview Of Service Manager Components and Integration)

Before launching into the Design and Planning phase, it is recommended to have a Service Manager subject matter expert (SME) conduct a Microsoft Service Manager training session for all team members. The session should introduce the technology components and principles of Service Manager 2012 design, planning, and integration. The session helps to establish the basic criteria for the architectural elements of SvcMgr and bring all design participants up to the same level of knowledge. The session also allows for general Service Manager technology questions to be addressed in advance of the design and planning sessions.
