Service management processes are central to any modern IT organization. Standardizing, tracking, automating, and reporting on processes is critical to the success of the IT organization. Service Manager manages the following three major IT processes out of the box:

• Incident management

• Problem management

• Change management

These processes are embodied in Process Management Packs. These management packs include workflows, forms, reports, and templates to instrument and automate the processes.
