Dragging and Dropping the Virtual Machine onto a Host Server
In addition to using the Migrate Virtual Machine Wizard to move a virtual machine from one host server to another, you can also just drag and drop virtual machines between host servers. To drag and drop a virtual machine onto a host server, complete the following steps:
1. Log on to a computer that has the Administrator Console installed using a domain user account that is a member of the VMM Administrator role.
2. Next, open the Administrator Console using either the desktop or Start menu icon and connect to your VMM server.
3. Once the console has loaded, click the VMs and Services icon in the navigation pane to open the VMs and Services workspace.
