Deploying the Web Part
The first step in the process of publishing OpsMgr 2012 dashboards into SharePoint 2010 is to install the Operations Manager Dashboard Viewer web part.
To deploy the web part, execute the following steps on the SharePoint 2010 server:
1. Log on to the SharePoint 2010 server with SharePoint admin credentials.
2. From the OpsMgr 2012 installation media, copy the \Setup\Amd64\SharePoint folder to a local directory on the SharePoint 2010 server. For this example, the local directory will be c:\OpsMgr2012\SharePoint\.
3. Launch the SharePoint 2010 Management Shell.
4. Change the directory to the OpsMgr 2012 SharePoint folder, in this example c:\OpsMgr2012\SharePoint\.
5. Run the PowerShell command script .\install-OperationsManager-DashboardViewer.ps1 ...
