How to Configure the Cross Platform Management Packs
The management pack files can be found in c:\Program Files\System Center Management Packs, assuming a default OpsMgr 2012 installation. The Cross Platform Management Packs are divided into two groups, the UNIX library management packs, which are common to all the managed operating systems, and the operating system–specific management packs.
The UNIX library management packs are as follows:
• Unix Core Library
• Image Library (Unix)
• Unix LogFile Template Library
• Unix Service Template Library
• Unix View Library
These management packs are used across all Cross Platform Management Packs in the operating system–specific management packs that are dependent on them.
