Design Principles Training
Before launching into the design and planning process, it is recommended to have an Operations Manager subject matter expert (SME) conduct a Microsoft Operations Manager training session for all team members. The session should introduce the technology components and principles of Operations Manager 2012 design, planning, and integration. The session helps to establish the basic criteria for the architectural elements of OpsMgr and bring all design participants up to the same level of knowledge. The session also allows for general Operations Manager technology questions to be addressed in advance of the design and planning sessions.
