I.5.4. Solution Explorer

This component is meant to help you easily organize and visualize the elements used to create a database-oriented project. To begin creating a project, choose FileNew Project. You're then presented with a dialog box asking what kind of project you wish to create. For the purposes of this illustration, we chose a SQL Server Scripts project and added a simply query to the endeavor.

With the project underway, you can evaluate the Solution Explorer's view, shown in Figure 5-4, by choosing ViewSolution Explorer in the SQL Server Management Studio.
