Remote Installation

You can install SQL Server on a different machine than the installation program is running on. This feature is called remote installation. To install SQL Server on a remote machine you must be logged in to the machine you are running the SQL Server setup program from with a user account that has administrative privileges on the remote computer. Of course both computers must be running Windows NT or Windows 2000.
