Creating and Deploying Reports with Power View

Power View is the new ad-hoc reporting tool part of SQL Server 2012 Reporting Services add-in for SharePoint 2010. It is a browser-based Silverlight application available through SharePoint 2010 that provides end users with the ability to create rich and interactive reports through a true drag-and-drop experience, with no coding or report development experience necessary.

This new tool provides end users with the familiar Ribbon interface of Microsoft Office with the benefits of a WYSIWYG development environment. Power View launches directly from a BI Semantic Model found in a PowerPivot workbook or from an Analysis Services Tabular database.
