Setting Database Options
You can use an abundance of database options to refine the behavior of a database. These options fall into the following categories, which are part of the option specification:
Auto Options
Cursor Options
Database Availability Options
Date Correlation Optimization Options
External Access Options
Parameterization Options
Recovery Options
Service Broker Options
Snapshot Isolation Options
SQL Options
For each category, you can set one or more options. You can find a full list of options for each category in the section “Setting Database Options” in SQL Server Books Online.
