Part V. Viewing reports

The third and final stage of the reporting life cycle is report access. In Chapter 26, you learn how to use a browser to locate and open managed reports from a central repository, how to export reports to alternate formats, and how to create and manage a personalized folder for selected reports. Then, in Chapter 27, you learn how to create and manage report subscriptions as an alternative method for viewing reports. Last, in Chapter 28, you learn about another type of subscription that sends you a notification only when data in a report matches criteria that you specify so that you can selectively view reports on a SharePoint integrated-mode report server.
