Chapter 13. Adding interactivity

If users access and view reports online most of the time, you can add interactive features to make it easier for them to use your reports. For example, you can allow the user to change the sort order of data, add tooltips, or make it possible to expand and collapse sections of your report. You can also employ navigation aids to help the user easily move to information located in the same report or to access information contained in a related report or webpage.
