Designing Parameters

Working with linked report parameters and query parameters when using an Analysis Services dataset is quite different from the procedures you followed in Chapter 6, to set up linked parameters for a relational dataset. If you use dimension members from the Analysis Services cube to populate a list of available values for a report parameter, the process to create and configure the report parameter is quite easy.
