What’s New in SQL Server AlwaysOn Failover Clustering

Not really much new in this area for SQL Server 2014. The biggest changes came in SQL Server 2012. Much of what’s new for WSFC and SQL Server failover clustering simplifies providing SQL instance-level resilience and is an important part of the high-availability options of AlwaysOn Failover Cluster Instances and participating in AlwaysOn Availability Groups (when also including database-level failover).
