Accessing SQL Azure from Report Builder 3.0

Report Builder 3.0 is a standalone report authoring and deploying tool that is totally integrated with SQL Server 2008 R2. It can be downloaded from the link given here although it can also be installed when you install SQL Server 2008 R2: http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyID=D3173A87-7C0D-40CC-A408-3D1A43AE4E33&displaylang=en.

For the purpose of the following example, it is assumed that Report Builder 3.0 is installed on the computer. It is also assumed that the Report Server has been configured. By following these steps we can develop a report using data on the SQL Azure server.
