Foundational principles guide how a team should be oriented to maximize success, but what about orienting team members as individuals to maximize success? This orientation is called a mindset. A mindset orients each team member as to how he or she should approach solution delivery. Ideally, team members internalize these mindsets to drive their personal behavior.
