Chapter 5. Working with WCF Data Services

In the previous chapters, we learned to interact with data, services, and remote objects from the SharePoint Server. Now, we want to interact with this data by performing read, insert, update, and delete operations with the new SharePoint 2010 WCF Data Services. In this chapter, we will cover many topics that will help us create Silverlight RIAs that run as Silverlight Web Parts to interact with the new data services introduced in SharePoint 2010. We will:
