Summary
While the configuration of the SharePoint server environment is very important, attention should be paid to the user experience. Key decisions include deciding what platforms will be supported, and which browsers are recommended to end users. This chapter gave a number of recommendations and examples of customizations to Internet Explorer 6.0 that can enhance the end user experience, as well as providing an overview of NetScape Navigator 7.2.
