We’d like to thank Trinity Trahan for her contributions to this book. It is a pleasure to work with such a multifaceted, super talented colleague who is willing to jump in to any project to help. She provided developer examples, review and perspective that we have used in this book. We would also like to thank Lonny Lippod for his tireless support of the Virtual Server’s we used throughout the project and his extensive knowledge of SharePoint topologies, installations and configurations. He built and upgraded servers from SharePoint Beta 1 through RTM each time they were released.

Thanks to Stuart McDonald for contributing his expertise to Chapter 11 – Web content management. We’ve worked with Stuart for years and it was a great to work with him again on this project.
