Creating Custom Actions When Creating Custom List Forms

When you create a custom list form for a list or library, you also have the option of adding a link to the LIM (see Figure 28.4), which is effectively the same as creating a custom action and linking to an existing list form. When you choose to create a link to the LIM, a custom action is created and added to the list’s (or library’s) Custom Actions part.
