Logging

When developing workflows and troubleshooting issues you should always try to take advantage of the workflow history list, capture events, and use the Log to History List action to output variables and durations. As the Log to History List action can be used anywhere across any of the available workflows it can become an invaluable tool for debugging workflows.

Using logging in your workflows you are able to capture status changes and the progress of your workflow to help troubleshoot the workflows and also find hold ups in the process.
